Anything about an order, from tracking to a damage claim, lives in your account. ## Your painting ### Will it look like my pet? Yes. The painting is made from your photo, so the face, the fur, and the markings are your pet's. You see it before you pay, and you can try another photo or style first. ### Are the images AI-generated? Yes, and we don't shy away from that. Demand for AI seems unstoppable, but we believe our business model of licensing artists' styles and paying them royalties for every purchase is one that other businesses can follow to support the arts. No. Try any pet: furry, feathery, or scaly. Hoomans are not allowed, for safety and ethics. ### Can I see the painting before it is printed? Yes, always. You see it on a wall before you pay a cent. Not right? Try another photo or style, free. We print only the painting you approved. ### Can I ask for edits or a custom background? Not yet. Each style sets its own background and mood. If the painting is not right, try another style or another photo. Both are free, and both take about 20 seconds. ### Can I put more than one pet in a painting? Yes, any number. Use one photo with everyone in it. Pick 12 by 16 or larger so each face gets room. ### Can you paint from an old or black and white photo? Yes. Old prints, scans, and black and white photos all work. Photograph the print flat, in daylight, without glare. The painting comes out in full color. ## Your photo ### Can I use any pet photo? Yes, and any number of pets. Keep hoomans and everything else out of the frame. We turn down a photo we cannot make sense of, and we tell you why. ### What photo works best? Daylight, the face in focus, and the whole head in the frame. Phone photos are fine. Avoid filters, costumes, and heavy shadows. ## Printing and shipping ### What are your products made of? Frames are solid wood with an acrylic front. Canvas is a poly-cotton blend on solid wood bars. Every piece is made to order by Printful, the Fine-art print and the Luxury canvas by Prodigi. **Framed print.** Thick 189 g/m² matte paper in an ayous wood frame from renewable forests, in black, white, or natural. An acrylic front, so it does not shatter in the post. Hanging hardware is included. **Canvas.** Poly-cotton canvas hand-stretched over solid wood bars, 1.25 inches deep. The painting wraps around the edge, or sits in a floating frame. **Print only.** 189 g/m² matte paper, for your own frame. **Fine-art print.** Hahnemühle German Etching, a 310 gsm mould-made paper with a textured surface, acid- and lignin-free, unframed, for your own frame. **Luxury canvas.** 400 gsm cotton-blend canvas, stretched by hand over 38 mm (1.5 inch) pine bars, the edges mirrored. Hanging equipment is not included. ### How long does it take? The preview takes about 20 seconds. Made in 2 to 5 business days, then 4 to 6 business days to arrive. ### Where do you ship, and what does it cost? Everywhere in the US, the 27 countries of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, with tracking. Choose your country under "Ship to" in the shop or your cart; not every piece goes to every country. Shipping is the print lab's own rate for your address, shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay, and US orders over $100 ship free, except oversize pieces (canvases 24×48 and larger, framed posters and metal prints 20×30 and larger). The Fine-art print and the Luxury canvas always ship free, in every size, to every country we ship to. Digital files are free. Your piece is made in the region it goes to: in the US for the US, in the European Union for its countries, and in the United Kingdom, Canada, or Australia for those. There is no customs charge on delivery. Prices are in US dollars; for delivery in the European Union they are in euros, the same amount, and in the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia the payment page shows your local currency. ### Will I get a tracking link? Yes, by email when the package leaves the printer. Tracking can take a day or two to wake up. If it still shows nothing after two days, check the order in your account. ### Will several prints arrive together? Not always. Frames and canvas come off different lines, so they may ship a day apart. Each has its own tracking link. ### How is it packed? Corner guards, a face board, and a rigid box. The box has no branding, so it works as a gift. ## Orders and refunds ### Can I change my order after I pay? Yes, until it ships. Sign in with the email you used to buy, and open your account. While the order shows a cancel option, cancel it there and the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. No cancel option means the order has already shipped. ### Which payment methods do you take? Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link. Tax shows at checkout before you pay. ### What if it arrives damaged? Report it from your account within 30 days of shipping: open the order and choose Report a problem. We reply within one business day and ask for photos of the print and the box, then reprint it free or refund your original payment method. ### Do you accept returns? No. Each painting is made to order for one pet, so we cannot resell it. That is why you see it before you pay. If the print does not match the preview, report it from your account for a free reprint. ## Gifts and holidays ### Can I give a painting as a gift? Yes. Ship it straight to them, or to yourself to wrap. The box has no branding and no invoice inside. Order by December 12 for US delivery before Christmas. For any other country, the payment page shows the delivery estimate before you pay. After that, a digital file still arrives by email within minutes of checkout, ready to print locally. ### Can I pay to rush it? Not yet. Printing already starts the day you pay. The digital file is the fastest thing we make: it is in your inbox minutes after checkout. ## Help ### How do I reach you?
