## Made to order, then on its way.

There is no stock to pull from, so the clock starts when you pay.

### Made in 2 to 5 business days

We paint the final at 4K and check it the day you order. The lab prints, frames, and packs it in 2 to 5 business days. Transit is another 4 to 6 business days. These are estimates, and holidays run longer.

### The lab's own shipping rate

Shipping is the print lab's standard rate for your address, shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay; US orders over $100 ship free, except oversize pieces (canvases 24×48 and larger, framed posters and metal prints 20×30 and larger), which ship at cost. The Fine-art print and the Luxury canvas always ship free, in every size, to every country we ship to. Digital files are delivered by email at no charge, minutes after checkout.

### Where we ship

The United States (all 50 states), the 27 countries of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. Choose your country under "Ship to" in the shop or your cart: it shows which pieces we can send there. Not every piece goes to every country.

### Made in your region

A piece for the European Union is made in the European Union, and a piece for the United Kingdom, Canada, or Australia is made in that country, as a US piece is made in the US. There is no customs charge on delivery.

### Delivery outside the US

The times on this page are for US addresses. For any other country, the payment page shows the delivery estimate before you pay.

### Currency

Prices are in US dollars. For delivery in the European Union they are in euros, the same amount. In the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia the payment page shows your local currency at Stripe's exchange rate.

### Tracking by email

You get a tracking link when the package leaves the lab. It can take a day or two to wake up. The same link sits on the order in your account.

### Several pieces

Frames, canvas, and mugs come off different lines, so they may ship a day apart, each with its own tracking link.

### Packed to survive the post

Acrylic glazing, so a frame does not arrive in pieces. No branding on the box, so it works as a gift.

## Returns, damage, and changes.

Each painting is made for one pet, so there is nothing to return it to. Here is what we do instead.

### Change or cancel until it ships

Sign in with the email you bought with and open the order in your account. While it shows a cancel option, cancel it there and the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. No cancel option means the order has already shipped. If the printer had already started, we ask them to stop and email you the outcome within one business day.

### Damaged or misprinted: reprinted free

Report it from the order within 30 days of shipping. We reply within one business day and ask for photos of the print and the box, which is what the printer needs. Then a free reprint, or a refund to your original payment method.

### Does not match the preview: reprinted free

If you approved a preview, the print matches it. If it does not, report it from the order the same way and we reprint it. Ordered without a preview? We check every painting before it prints, and the same report covers a piece that is not right.

### No returns for a change of heart

A portrait of your pet cannot be resold, which is why you can see it before you pay. Preview first if you are unsure; it is free with a verified email.
