### How long does it take?

The preview takes about 20 seconds. Made in 2 to 5 business days, then 4 to 6 business days to arrive. You get a tracking link by email when it ships.

### Do you accept returns?

No. Each painting is made to order for one pet, so we cannot resell it. That is why you see it before you pay. If it arrives damaged, or the print does not match the preview, report it from your account for a free reprint.
