Our aim
Anyone should be able to upload a photo, choose a style, and order a portrait, whatever device or assistive technology they use. We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Every control works from the keyboard, with a visible focus ring, and every choice (style, size, frame) reports its state to screen readers.
- Text and controls meet the AA contrast ratio on every ground, including the dark and green sections and the gold buttons.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives. Decorative art, mockups, and icons are hidden from assistive technology.
- Pages read in a sensible order without styles, and headings describe the sections they open.
- Motion is kept small and respects the reduce-motion setting on your device.
- Forms label every field and report errors in words, next to the field and to screen readers.
Known gaps
- The wall preview is a drawn image; its size is stated in words next to it, and the size choices carry the same information.
- The human check before an upload comes from a third party and may not work with every screen reader. If it blocks you, email us and we will take your order by hand.
- Checkout is provided by Stripe and follows Stripe's own accessibility work.
